Micdee has experienced an impressive growth rate of over 100% annually for the past 5 years, contributing to a current team size of over 25 individuals. With a target to expand to triple our current size by 2024 and establish significant branches in Nigeria, we credit our unique culture and commitment to delivering quality representation for our success.

EOY Events
Before Christmas each year, our entire company shuts down for a week and takes a day to have some fun! We gather across all our locations to engage in exciting activities and have insightful discussions. And of course, we capture all the memories while indulging in some delicious food. In the past, we've had a fancy black-tie event, a chill beach hangout, and a delightful dinner. What will be next? We can't wait to find out!
Young Team
Our team consists of young individuals between the ages of 25-35, with an average age of 28 years. We have students studying for their A-levels, as well as those pursuing different levels of tertiary education. As you can tell, we're a pretty youthful bunch!
Diversity
Our team comprises core professionals from diverse fields, representing a variety of cultures that enrich the fabric of Nigeria. We strongly value gender diversity and empowerment, reflected in our senior management team where 60% of positions are held by talented women.
Hybrid
We've implemented a hybrid work system at Micdee, where employees enjoy the flexibility of working from home for two days each week. This benefit is available to all full-time, contract employees, and interns on our team.
Pension
As part of our commitment to supporting the welfare of our full-time employees, we contribute 10% of their salary to a pension fund administrator. This ensures that our employees have the security of a monthly income for life after they retire from their official work.
Parental Leave
We recognize the significance of family bonding time, particularly for new parents. That's why we offer female employees 3 months of maternity leave and male employees 2 weeks of paternity leave, ensuring they have the opportunity to spend quality time with their newborn. Plus, we guarantee their position when they return to work.
TGIF
We love to have fun, and that's why we have TGIF (Thank God It's Friday) every month! Our team members from various locations in Western Nigeria come together to play games, have fun discussions, and build camaraderie. We believe that collective social interactions have positive benefits, and TGIF is a great way to achieve that.
Personal Development
We prioritize the professional growth of our team members, and we do this through internal CPD (Continuous Professional Development) programs and external professional exams. To support this, we offer our employees 5 days of exam leave each year, and additional time off is negotiable as needed. We believe in investing in our people's growth and development to achieve both individual and company success.
