When Jada Squad opened its doors to us, the office bore the marks of a conventional workspace: enclosed offices, segmented cubicles, and functional but uninspired communal areas. The spaces served their purpose, yet they fell short of reflecting Jada’s bold, forward-thinking identity.

From the very first site visit at their Lagos premises, our design team saw both the challenges and the opportunities. The building’s generous ceiling heights and ample daylight provided a solid foundation. But the interiors; muted, fragmented, and dated needed a complete transformation. The mission was clear: to turn the Jada office into a modern, flexible, and engaging environment that fuels productivity, collaboration, and well-being.

Overcoming the Constraints

The first challenge was spatial configuration. Traditional cubicles and closed rooms were limiting communication and stifling creativity. Our solution was to reimagine the floor plan into an open, modular layout. Flexible partitions, glass walls, and acoustic elements allowed us to maintain transparency while still giving employees the privacy they need to focus.

The second hurdle was atmosphere. The reception and entrance, though functional, lacked a branded presence and the warmth of a welcoming first impression. We transformed these spaces with a strong dose of Jada’s identity: branded design elements, streamlined furniture, and layered lighting schemes that shift the mood from merely functional to immediately engaging. Visitors now step into an environment that speaks Jada before a single word is exchanged.

Lighting posed another constraint. Harsh in some zones, dim in others, it left the workspace feeling inconsistent and uncomfortable. We introduced a layered, energy-efficient lighting strategy—combining angular fixtures, warm pendants, and task lights—to balance visual comfort with dynamic impact. Light now works as a unifying thread across the office, tying work zones, breakout spaces, and meeting rooms into a cohesive whole.

The Final Expression

Our design palette drew directly from Jada’s brand values: warm neutrals layered with textured surfaces and bold accents inspired by the company’s colors. Natural materials soften the professional atmosphere, while branded signage and wayfinding make navigation effortless and on-brand. Every finish, every detail, and every lighting choice was intentional; woven together to form a space that is modern yet timeless, professional yet welcoming.

The result is more than just an office revamp, it is a physical manifestation of Jada’s culture and aspirations. An environment where flexibility meets function, where technology and human comfort work hand-in-hand, and where every corner inspires collaboration, growth, and innovation.
